Supporting the transplant community at each stage in their journey
Leading transplant advocacy organizations have united to meet the most pressing unmet needs of our community.
Our Mission
The Transplant Community Coalition was founded shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic hit with the vision of developing a central resource hub to help our members navigate uncertain times.
Joining forces illuminated the impact that we could make as a united front and inspired us to keep the momentum going.
Our mission is to address the most pressing unmet needs of the transplant community at each stage in their journey.

Core areas of support
Minority Donor Awareness
100,000+ people are waiting for lifesaving organ transplants. 60% of the people currently on the U.S. transplant waiting list are minorities. Read the stories of organ donors and recipients and learn how you can help raise awareness to diversify donors.
Donor Families
Donor families deserve long term resources and support. We’re committed to keeping donor families engaged in the transplant community and supporting them many years after after their loved one has given the gift of life.
Pre & Post Transplant Resources
